• Slots will be published on the 25th of each month.
• Please be on time! A fee of €10,- will be added if you're 10 minutes late & your appointment will be cancelled if you're 15 minutes late.
• Sunday & squeeze-in spots/ public holidays require an additional €15,- fee.
• Please don't bring extra people to your appointment, Come Alone.
• When booking a spot, A deposit is required.
• Deposits are non-refundable in any giving situation, but can be used to book another appointment IF cancelled 24hours in advance. 
• Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the date.When cancelling within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Do NOT come to your appointment with contact lenses in & make- up around or on the eyes.
• At 4 weeks in-fill there must be 40% or more of the extensions on the lashes for it to be refilled.
• Infills are done only on sets placed by us.
• You have 5 days guarantee, to get a fix on your lash set.

• We kindly request you to bring the remaining amount in Cash and preferably in exact change. There will be a €5 charge for payments made via Tikkie or a payment request.
